Synopsis / Objectives
Develop an infrastructure for full real time 3D perception of a production cell with humans and collaborative robots Develop mechanisms for the actuation, control and safety of one or more collaborative robots in the interaction with human operators both in contact-free and contact-based transfer of parts.
Main Achievements
Development of a collaborative robotics cell with the 3D detection of a human operator location, and using force-based object handover between a human operator and a COBOT using deep neural Nets. Interconnection of two public services under different Ministries; Harmonization of procedures
